I was looking for someone to help me focus my workouts and prepare for a big bike race and Grace has delivered! I’ve kept working with her in preparation for ski season and now again for mountain bike season. I can honestly say I’ve never felt stronger going into a biking season. Grace has also been great at tailoring workouts to account for my lumbar disc issues, making sure I’m still able to work out effectively and including exercises to support and strengthen my back. And to top it off, she’s so supportive, encouraging, and an all-around baddie!

I am a personal trainer and I LOVE biking and skiing. I specialize in sports performance and of course, my heart is in training individuals that ride bikes and ski.
