I found Trail Mix Training through Instagram and am so glad I did! I had never worked with a trainer before, but I was feeling stagnant, so I reached out looking for help before a gravel cycling race. Grace created a strength and conditioning program focused on cycling and we met a couple times in person to get down the basics and check in on progress. I also have some lower back pain, but with her expertise and thoughtful approach, she tailored exercises specifically to address my bad back, ensuring I could train effectively without causing further strain. Her guidance and personalized workouts have been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Trail Mix to anyone else looking for a boost in cycling performance.

I am a personal trainer and I LOVE biking and skiing. I specialize in sports performance and of course, my heart is in training individuals that ride bikes and ski.
